Donald V-UMP still has legal woes. While an Ultraviolet he shot Teela O dead in public, because she was better loved than he was. He claims because he was Ultraviolet he can do whatever he wants. Other Ultraviolets are making moves to perform Bond villain-style acts, prepared to claim Ultraviolet immunity.
Donald V-UMP-6 calls for a Troubleshooter team to find him 550 million xp… he doesn’t care where from. Vulture Squadrons send the Troubleshooters on a MBD to break up orgies broken out in VGS Sector. The orgy is a cover for Ultraviolet Rupert-U-DOK-6 to build a bomb that will destroy all electronics in Alpha Complex, propelling him above Friend Computer as the supreme being.
